Question 1

Can flowers be delivered to local care facilities and village businesses?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to single-story senior living centers and the store-front businesses along the main village corridor. Provide the specific wing or department name for residential facilities to ensure the driver finds the correct entrance. This helps our team navigate the horizontal, spread-out layouts common to these properties.

Question 2

How are the flowers transported and dropped off in this area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of village street parking and long rural driveways. For properties where the home is set back significantly from the main road, include any gate codes or specific driveway instructions at checkout. This ensures the driver can reach the front door directly rather than leaving the order near the roadside.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, we look for a covered porch or a nearby neighbor in this open-access village setting to accept the delivery. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety that keeps the same color and shape. Providing the recipient's phone number allows us to confirm someone is present before the driver heads toward the outer village limits.
