Question 1

How does delivery work for medical centers, corporate offices, and residential areas?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to large medical campuses and multi-story corporate centers require the specific wing, floor, or suite number at checkout. This detail is necessary to navigate the complex layouts of these professional properties. Providing the recipient's department name ensures the driver reaches the correct internal reception area.

Question 2

Are the flowers hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to manage the city’s mix of high-traffic commercial corridors and quiet residential blocks. We do not use boxed shipping to avoid leaving packages on porches exposed to street traffic or busy sidewalks. Specify if the property has a locked gate or a side entrance to allow the driver direct access to the front door.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flower selection?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a home address, we place the flowers in a secure area hidden from the street or leave them with a building attendant. When a specific bloom is out of stock, we select a substitute of equal value that matches the original color and form. Including a recipient phone number allows us to resolve access issues at secured office entrances or gated residential driveways.
