Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and secured buildings in Fair Lawn?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to professional office suites and medical buildings require the floor and suite number to navigate central lobby security. For apartment complexes with keypad entry, provide the access code at checkout. This information allows the courier to move past secured main entrances directly to the recipient.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the city's residential and commercial areas?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the transition between busy commercial thoroughfares and quiet residential grid streets. Provide specific instructions if the delivery should be placed at a side door or behind a porch railing for properties located on high-traffic roads. Correct unit numbers are mandatory for all multi-family dwellings to ensure the courier finds the right door.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

When a recipient is unavailable, the courier leaves the arrangement at a shielded entry point or with a nearby neighbor. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original color palette. Including the recipient's phone number helps the courier manage entry into the city's various gated senior communities and professional complexes.
