Question 1

How does delivery work for offices, suites, and residential buildings in Rochelle Park?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the borough's multi-story office complexes and professional suites require a specific room or floor number at checkout. These details are necessary because many commercial buildings here share large parking areas and have multiple entrances. Providing this information ensures the driver reaches the correct desk or office within these expansive properties.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the city's layout affect the drop-off?

Accepted Answer

We hand-deliver all arrangements to accommodate the transition between busy commercial corridors and quiet residential blocks. Providing information about shared driveways or specific building entrances helps the driver find the most direct access point. This approach avoids delays caused by the borough's heavy daytime traffic and complex commercial parking layouts.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we look for a sheltered porch or a professional front desk before contacting you for instructions. When a specific flower is unavailable, we replace it with a similar variety of equal or higher value to maintain the design. Including the recipient’s direct phone number helps resolve access issues at secured professional buildings or gated residential properties.
