Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various apartment complexes and medical offices in Elmwood Park?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to garden apartments, medical centers, and professional offices located along the borough's commercial corridors. Provide the specific building number, suite, or room number at checkout so the driver can navigate multi-building properties. These details are necessary for the driver to find the correct entrance in dense residential and commercial clusters.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to navigate the borough’s narrow residential lots and storefront entrances. We bring the flowers directly to the front porch or the reception desk of a commercial building. Providing a gate code or lobby buzzer number ensures the driver can enter secured residential properties without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the driver cannot access the delivery location or the flowers I chose are unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver attempts to leave the flowers with a neighbor on the same residential street. When a specific bloom is out of stock, we replace it with a flower of equal value that keeps the original color and shape. A recipient phone number helps the driver coordinate entry for buildings with locked exterior doors.
