Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of addresses in New Milford?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to single-family homes and the various garden apartment complexes found throughout the borough. For multi-unit residences, enter the building letter, floor, and apartment number at checkout. This ensures the driver reaches the correct door in complexes where several buildings share one street address.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers arrive via hand delivery to the recipient's door. In this suburban environment, drivers navigate residential streets to place arrangements on front porches or at the reception desks of small professional offices. Provide details about porch access or gated entries to ensure the driver can reach the front door without delay.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the delivery or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver looks for a shaded area on the porch or leaves the item with a neighbor on the same block. If a specific flower is not in stock, it is replaced with a similar variety of equal value. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver coordinate access to multi-family buildings with locked main foyers.
