Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific wing, floor, and room number for deliveries to the medical complexes or multi-story professional buildings. For deliveries to the historic homes converted into offices, specify the exact entrance door or reception desk location. These details ensure the driver reaches the correct desk within the dense business district.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a cardboard box. For residential deliveries on deep suburban lots, include any gate codes or instructions for side-door placement. Providing a contact number for the recipient helps the driver coordinate drop-offs when street parking is restricted in the central business district.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, the driver leaves the flowers on a covered porch or with the lobby attendant in secured professional buildings. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a variety of equal value that matches the design style. Including the suite number and office hours for deliveries to the professional district prevents failed attempts at locked entries.
