Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and medical suites in Maywood?

Accepted Answer

Many professional buildings and medical offices in this borough have direct-entry doors or shared lobbies without a central reception desk. Provide the suite number and the specific name of the business or practice at checkout. These details ensure the driver identifies the correct office within multi-unit commercial properties.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas in this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the borough’s dense residential layout and narrow lot setbacks. Include instructions for side-porch entries or shared driveways to help the driver navigate properties where the front door is close to the sidewalk. Access details are necessary for reaching front entrances when street parking is restricted.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a residence or professional building?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a home close to the street, the driver will leave the order with a neighbor or in a shielded area away from the sidewalk. For professional suites, the driver will attempt delivery to a nearby office staff member if the specific suite is locked. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver resolve access issues at properties with secured common entries.
