Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and homes in Glen Rock?

Accepted Answer

Professional buildings near the central business district require a suite number and business name for access to shared foyers. For residential deliveries, specify if the arrangement should go to the front door or a side porch. These details allow the driver to navigate the varying layouts of these suburban properties.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across this residential layout?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the door and are never shipped in cardboard boxes. The layout of these residential streets allows drivers to bring the arrangement directly to the entrance of the home. Providing instructions for side-door access or gate codes prevents delays at properties with deep setbacks.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is missing?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver places the flowers on a porch or in a sheltered area near the door. If a specific stem is unavailable, a replacement of equal value is used to maintain the design style. A recipient cell phone number allows the driver to confirm the delivery location at homes where residents commute during business hours.
