Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large office complexes and residential properties in Englewood Cliffs?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries along the corporate corridor, you must provide the suite number and company name to clear security desks. Residential orders require any necessary gate codes for properties with restricted access. These details allow the driver to reach the correct desk or entryway in these secured environments.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the city's mix of corporate campuses and private estates. The driver navigates office parking structures and long residential driveways to ensure the arrangement reaches the front door or reception area. Including a recipient phone number helps the driver manage entry at buildings with strict access controls.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not at their office or home when the driver arrives?

Accepted Answer

In office buildings, the driver leaves the arrangement with the designated reception or security desk. For gated homes where the recipient is unavailable, the driver attempts to leave the flowers at the gatehouse or contact the recipient for instructions. If a specific bloom is out of stock, it is replaced with a similar flower of equal value.
