Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and businesses in Old Washington?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the front porches of residential homes and the main offices of businesses along the village’s primary thoroughfare. Provide the exact building number and specify if the entrance faces the main road or a side street. These details ensure the driver identifies the correct property among the historic buildings that sit close to the roadway.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to ensure they arrive safely in this village?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered by a driver who navigates the village’s grid of residential streets and side alleys. This method allows for direct placement on covered porches or at side entrances typical of the area’s detached homes. Mentioning if the property has a specific side door or a gated driveway helps the driver avoid access delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is at the address, the driver leaves the arrangement on a shaded porch or with a neighbor in this residential community. When a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps the driver coordinate delivery for homes set back from the road.
