Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, or secured buildings in Stafford?

Accepted Answer

This rural community consists primarily of private residences and small community buildings rather than large medical campuses or secured high-rises. Enter the recipient’s full name and specify if the home has a long or shared driveway at checkout. These details help the driver locate the correct porch in an environment where properties are spread far apart.

Question 2

Are flowers delivered by hand or in a box, and how does the city layout affect this?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the door because the open, rural layout makes leaving boxed shipments at roadside mailboxes unsafe. The driver walks the arrangement directly to the house entrance or a side porch. Providing a gate code or specific instructions for properties set back from the road prevents delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver leaves the arrangement in a sheltered area on the porch or with a nearby neighbor. When a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value that maintains the original design style. Including a phone number for the recipient helps the driver confirm the location when house numbers are not visible from the main road.
