Question 1

How does delivery work for local offices, clinics, and funeral homes in Caldwell?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to professional offices around the central village square and to local medical clinics and funeral homes. At checkout, you must provide the specific building entrance or suite number for offices and the department name for clinics. These details ensure the driver brings the arrangement to the correct desk in these multi-use buildings.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this area and what access details are needed?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered directly to the recipient's door rather than shipped in a box. In this village layout, many homes are positioned close to the sidewalk or have clear front porches. Providing instructions for side doors or specific porch placement helps the driver find the most secure spot for a drop-off.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver leaves the arrangement in a secure porch area or with a nearby neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a variety of equal value that matches the original appearance. Including the recipient's phone number helps the driver confirm the correct house in areas where street numbers are not clearly visible from the road.
