Question 1

How does delivery work for the medical campus and downtown buildings?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the centralized medical campus or senior care complexes, provide the wing and room number at checkout. For buildings in the historic downtown grid, specify if the entrance is a street-front business or a private side door. This information ensures the driver reaches the correct desk or entry point in these multi-use properties.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas in this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the town’s steep residential hills and narrow street parking. Drivers walk arrangements to the door or leave them with an attendant in the compact downtown area. Providing details about shared driveways or specific porch locations helps the driver find the correct entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home at a residence lacking a porch or at an industrial park site, the driver will call for instructions. When a specific bloom is out of stock, it is replaced with a similar flower of equal value. A recipient phone number is required to help the driver locate homes on the steep or winding outskirts roads.
