Question 1

How does delivery work for local offices and residential areas?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the front entrances of houses and the main desks of the small professional buildings in the village center. Provide the specific name of the funeral home or office building at checkout to ensure the driver identifies the correct destination. For waterfront properties, include instructions if the main entrance faces away from the access road.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes in this area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to manage the varied terrain and long driveways common in this rural layout. Drivers use private access roads and gravel paths to bring the flowers directly to the front door. Mentioning a specific house color or a unique mailbox helps the driver locate the property when houses are spaced far apart.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues with the recipient or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will leave the arrangement in a sheltered spot on the porch or with a nearby neighbor. When a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that preserves the design. Providing a recipient phone number allows the driver to call for assistance if they encounter a locked gate or a difficult-to-find rural entrance.
