Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to offices and homes in Sarahsville?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential porches and small administrative offices throughout the village. Provide the specific building name and any side-door instructions for homes positioned far back from the main road. These details help the driver identify the correct entrance on properties where street numbers are not visible from the shoulder.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to properties with long driveways or rural layouts?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the local mix of village lots and outlying rural drives. Include instructions for any perimeter gates or long private entryways so the driver can reach the front door. This ensures the flowers are placed at the house rather than left at a mailbox near the road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is missing?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver looks for a porch or entry area shielded from the street. When a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a stem of the same color and scale. Providing a working phone number for the recipient helps the driver confirm the correct house on properties with multiple outbuildings.
