Question 1

How does delivery work for homes and businesses in Derwent?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries occur at single-family residences and small businesses located along State Route 313 and the connecting township roads. Provide the house number exactly as it is marked on the roadside mailbox to help the driver identify the correct driveway. This ensures the delivery reaches the intended porch when the house is set back from the road.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to local properties?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a box. Because properties here have open access and lack secured gate systems or lobbies, the driver walks the arrangement directly to the front entrance. Mentioning if the house is positioned down a long gravel drive or behind another structure helps the driver locate the drop-off point.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is missing?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver leaves the arrangement on a covered porch or in a shaded area away from the road. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a variety of equal value that matches the original color and shape. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver confirm the delivery location if the house number is not visible from the township road.
