Question 1

How do deliveries work for the medical centers, professional offices, and schools in this city?

Accepted Answer

Our city features a large, interconnected medical campus and many offices located in converted historic residences. Provide the specific wing name for medical deliveries or note if an office entrance is located at the rear of a house. These details help drivers navigate buildings that often have multiple separate entrances.

Question 2

How are the flowers transported and delivered?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to navigate our mix of downtown storefronts and spread-out residential streets. Because many local homes have open porches without secure vestibules, a recipient phone number is required at checkout. This allows us to verify someone is available to receive the flowers directly.

Question 3

What occurs if the recipient is away or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

We will leave the arrangement with a neighbor or in a sheltered spot if the recipient is not home. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that maintains the same height and color palette. Providing instructions for long driveways or properties with limited street parking helps avoid delivery delays.
