Question 1

How are deliveries handled at local offices and churches?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to village buildings and churches require a specific entrance or room name at checkout. Since many properties in this area have separate residential and business entrances on the same lot, please specify the intended door. This ensures the driver finds the correct person without accessing private living quarters.

Question 2

How will the flowers be delivered to the recipient?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered directly to the door to navigate the long gravel driveways and rural road layouts of this area. Please note if the house is hidden from the road or if the property has a gated entrance. These details allow the driver to reach the porch without delays caused by visibility issues.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues reaching the recipient or finding a flower?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver will place the flowers in a safe spot near the primary door. If a specific flower is out of stock, a similar variety is selected so the delivery can proceed to these outlying township addresses on time. Providing a recipient's phone number helps the driver confirm the house location on properties where the mailbox is far from the front door.
