Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and professional offices in this area?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to residential properties and professional offices throughout this low-density village layout. Include the specific house number and street name at checkout to ensure we find the correct property among the set-back homes. For funeral home deliveries, provide the name of the deceased so we can coordinate with the staff for proper placement.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered to residential properties?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to maintain the arrangement's shape rather than being sent in a shipping box. Because many properties here feature open-access porches or side entrances, we can place items in a visible spot. Mentioning if the house has a long driveway or a specific gate helps our team reach the door without delay.

Question 3

What happens if no one is home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we leave the flowers on an open porch or with a next-door neighbor in these closely clustered residential blocks. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value. Providing a recipient phone number is the best way to prevent failed deliveries if we encounter a secured gate or pets on the property.
