Question 1

How does delivery work for locations like the military installation or secured facilities in North Hanover?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the military installation require the recipient’s specific unit or building number to navigate security checkpoints. You must provide a valid phone number for the recipient so the driver can coordinate access at the gate or designated drop-off point. These details are necessary to ensure the order passes through the high-security perimeters common in this area.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered given the rural layout and gated properties in this township?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to ensure they reach residential porches or office desks safely. Because many properties here feature long rural driveways or gated entry points, providing a gate code or specific driveway instructions helps avoid delays. Hand delivery prevents arrangements from being left at the end of a long road or at an unsecured entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is behind a security gate and cannot be reached, the driver will call to arrange a hand-off at a public access point. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of equal value that matches the original design. Including a secondary phone number for the recipient is the best way to prevent a failed delivery at restricted-access locations.
