Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to restricted areas in Cookstown?

Accepted Answer

This city includes many properties located within restricted-access zones and gated government facilities. At checkout, you must provide the recipient’s full legal name and a direct phone number. These details allow our drivers to clear security checkpoints and reach specific housing units or office buildings.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery for all orders to navigate the mix of rural residential roads and strictly monitored entry gates. Boxed shipping is not used here because delivery requires direct interaction with security personnel or residents. Providing specific gate access instructions or building letters prevents delays at the perimeter.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a secured location?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a secured property, local safety rules often forbid leaving items unattended at a gate or doorway. We will contact the recipient to coordinate a meeting at a designated security exchange point or a public access area. Providing a backup phone number helps us manage these restricted-entry situations.
