Question 1

How does delivery work for secured buildings and offices in Fort Dix?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to this secured installation require passing through guarded checkpoints. Provide the recipient's full name, rank, unit, and building number at checkout. These details allow our drivers to obtain entry authorization and locate the correct administrative or residential area.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential quarters and offices?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to ensure they reach specific barracks, offices, or homes. The layout of the area consists of spread-out facilities with restricted parking and access points. Including a recipient's phone number helps our drivers navigate these security protocols and find the correct entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not there, we leave the flowers with the duty officer or at the building’s reception desk. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value. Providing a secondary contact number helps us resolve access issues at secured building perimeters.
