Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to secured areas or large residential complexes in Wrightstown?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the large secured government installation require a specific building number and the recipient's phone number at checkout. Because these properties have restricted vehicle access, you must provide the department or unit name to ensure the order reaches the correct security checkpoint. This information allows the driver to follow the required check-in procedures for the perimeter.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door of homes and offices rather than shipped in cardboard boxes. For residences located near the high-traffic perimeter gates, please specify if there is a side entrance or a porch for drop-offs. These access details help our drivers navigate the unique street layouts that border the restricted zones of the city.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we attempt to leave the flowers with a secure housing office or a designated neighbor. When specific flowers are out of stock, we substitute them with the closest available variety of equal value. Providing a direct mobile number for the recipient reduces the risk of a failed delivery at a restricted-access entrance.
