Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and secured residential buildings in North Brunswick?

Accepted Answer

Many delivery locations in this township consist of gated apartment complexes and large-scale professional buildings located along the main highway corridors. You must provide the specific building letter, apartment number, or office suite at checkout to ensure access through security gates or main lobbies. These details allow the delivery person to navigate the transition from public roads to private residential or commercial zones.

Question 2

Are flowers hand-delivered or shipped in a box in this area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of suburban residential streets and high-traffic commercial frontage roads. This method ensures flowers arrive intact whether they are going to a single-family home on a residential cul-de-sac or a desk inside a multi-story office center. Providing specific instructions for side-door access or lobby drop-off points helps avoid delays in these varied property types.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a secured property or complex?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a secured apartment complex or senior living facility is unavailable, the driver will attempt to leave the delivery with the leasing office or front desk attendant. For single-family residences, the arrangement will be placed in a secure spot away from the street-facing entrance. Including a recipient phone number is the most effective way to manage access to gated properties or to discuss flower substitutions if a specific stem is not in stock.
