Question 1

Can you deliver flowers to the large corporate offices and industrial complexes in Dayton?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we deliver to both residential homes and the large-scale commercial properties found throughout this area. At checkout, you must provide the specific building letter, suite number, or designated reception desk for deliveries to corporate campuses. These details allow our couriers to navigate security checkpoints and ensure the flowers reach the correct department.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and offices in this area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of suburban residential streets and expansive office park layouts. For residential properties with long driveways or open porches, we place the arrangement at the main entrance. For commercial sites, we coordinate delivery through the front desk or security station as required by the property’s access rules.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there when the delivery arrives?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable at a secured office or a restricted-access residential facility, we leave the arrangement with the front office or site manager. Providing a direct phone extension for office employees or a gate code for private entries reduces the chance of a failed delivery. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a different bloom of equal value to keep the arrangement the same size and shape.
