Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical offices and townhome complexes in Kendall Park?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to single-family homes on residential streets and professional suites within low-rise medical centers. Enter the specific building number for townhome developments and the suite number for commercial offices at checkout. These details allow the driver to find the correct entrance in complexes with shared parking lots.

Question 2

Will my flowers be left outside or handed to the recipient?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the front door or a designated reception desk. The driver walks the flowers directly to the entrance of residential properties or through the main lobby of small-scale office buildings. Providing gate codes for townhome clusters or instructions for side-door access prevents delays in the suburban street layout.

Question 3

What happens if the driver cannot find the house or the recipient is not there?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver leaves the flowers at the front door or with a neighboring residence. When a specific flower is out of stock, the florist replaces it with a stem of equal value in the same color. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps the driver confirm the location for homes with deep, wooded setbacks or obscured house numbers.
