Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large medical campuses and office towers in New Brunswick?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to medical campuses and multi-story office buildings require a floor, suite, or room number at checkout. Our staff follows specific check-in protocols at security desks or central reception areas to ensure the flowers reach the correct department. These details are necessary because many urban facilities in this city do not allow direct access to individual desks or patient rooms.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to high-rise apartments and dense residential streets?

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery to navigate the city's dense layout and limited street parking. This approach allows us to use designated loading zones and access secured residential buildings that do not accept boxed shipments. Providing a door code or instructions for the building's service entrance helps prevent delays in the urban core.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is in a secured building and cannot be reached?

Accepted Answer

If we cannot access a secured property or a restricted medical unit, we will call the recipient or the sender to coordinate a hand-off. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal or higher value to maintain the arrangement's style. Including a direct phone number for the recipient helps us resolve access issues common to the city's high-density housing.
