Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical campuses, corporate offices, and secured apartment complexes in North Brunswick?

Accepted Answer

North Brunswick contains several large medical research campuses and multi-building apartment complexes with spread-out layouts. At checkout, provide the specific building number, floor, and suite for corporate offices or the apartment letter for garden-style residences. This allows the driver to locate the correct entrance or security desk within these large properties.

Question 2

Are flowers hand-delivered, and how does the local road layout affect my delivery?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered and are never shipped in boxes. For residential addresses located on busy multi-lane corridors, include any specific driveway instructions or side-street access points. These details help the driver avoid traffic congestion and find a safe place to park for the delivery.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or if a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver looks for a sheltered porch or leaves the arrangement with a leasing office in gated townhome communities. If a specific stem is not in stock, we replace it with a flower of equal value to keep the arrangement's size and style. Providing a gate code or intercom number for secured-entry buildings reduces the risk of a failed delivery.
