Question 1

How does delivery work for the medical campuses and corporate centers in Franklin Township?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific building number, department, or suite at checkout. These details are required to navigate the multi-building layouts and security checkpoints common in the township’s professional zones. This ensures the driver can locate the correct drop-off point within large complexes.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to the different types of residential and business properties in this township?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to reach front doors at homes with long setbacks and reception desks in business parks. Including gate codes or specific entry instructions helps us access properties where the main entrance is set far back from the street. This method prevents delays caused by restricted road access or long driveways.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or the delivery address is a restricted site?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not present, we leave the order with a building attendant or at a designated safe entry point sheltered from the street. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original style. Providing a direct phone number for the recipient helps us resolve access issues at gated communities and large office sites.
