Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various types of housing in Highland Park?

Accepted Answer

This borough contains many large Victorian houses converted into multi-unit apartments and buildings with shared main entrances. You must provide the specific apartment number and any buzzer codes at checkout to ensure the driver reaches the correct interior door. These details are necessary for navigating properties where multiple tenants share a single street address.

Question 2

How are flowers transported and delivered within the borough?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the compact residential grid and limited street parking. Drivers walk arrangements directly to front porches or building lobbies to maintain stability on narrow neighborhood streets. Including a secondary phone number for the recipient helps the driver coordinate access if there is no legal parking available near the entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, the driver looks for a sheltered porch or leaves the arrangement with a building manager for properties located on busy pedestrian corridors. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that keeps the same color profile. Providing the recipient's mobile number helps resolve access issues for homes where the front door is close to a public sidewalk.
