Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various office campuses and residential complexes in South Brunswick?

Accepted Answer

For corporate campuses along the main corridors, you must include the specific building letter and suite number so the driver finds the correct reception desk. Residential deliveries to gated adult communities or multi-unit complexes require a gate code or a working phone number for the recipient. These details allow the driver to pass through security checkpoints or reach central mailrooms without delay.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and businesses across the township?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to accommodate the township's mix of wide suburban streets and busy commercial zones. Because many residential properties here have long driveways or houses set far back from the road, drivers use the recipient’s phone number to confirm the exact drop-off point. This ensures the arrangement is placed at the correct porch or side entrance rather than left near the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or if the delivery location has restricted access?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home at a house with an open layout, the driver will leave the flowers at the front door and notify the resident. For professional buildings or offices with restricted floor access, the driver leaves the arrangement with the lobby security officer or the designated receiving desk. Providing a mobile number for the recipient helps the driver resolve access issues at secure building entrances or tucked-away office suites.
