Question 1

How do you deliver to local healthcare centers, funeral homes, and corporate offices?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to corporate campuses or multi-building medical centers require a specific building name, floor, or suite number at checkout. For funeral homes and office parks, provide the scheduled service time or the name of the reception desk. This allows the courier to navigate past security checkpoints or through large campus grounds directly to the correct entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the city layout affect the arrival?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to residential homes and corporate office suites rather than being shipped in a box. For properties within large office parks or medical complexes, provide the specific building letter and department name to avoid delays at security gates. Providing a recipient's direct phone number helps the driver coordinate access to secured professional buildings.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a residential recipient is unavailable, the driver will leave the flowers at a secure porch or with a neighbor. For deliveries to large corporate headquarters, the arrangement will be left with the building’s central mailroom or reception desk. Including the recipient's direct office extension helps the driver confirm the person is on-site before they enter the property perimeter.
