Question 1

How do you ensure flowers reach the correct building in Sturling?

Accepted Answer

Sturling includes a mix of small professional suites and residential properties with varied setbacks. For medical or business offices, provide the suite number and specify if the driver should check in at a front reception area. For residential deliveries, note if the home is located on a main thoroughfare or a dead-end street to ensure the driver approaches the correct entrance.

Question 2

What is your delivery process for this area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered directly to the door, not shipped in a cardboard box. Because many homes in this area sit on deep lots or along narrow lanes, the driver needs a clear view of house numbers. Providing instructions for properties where the front door is not visible from the curb prevents delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver will leave the arrangement in a sheltered area near the front entrance. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we replace it with a flower of equal value that matches the design style. Providing a contact number for the recipient helps the driver navigate properties with gated entrances or long driveways.
