Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and gated communities in Chatham Township?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the main reception desks of professional office clusters and the secure entry points of gated residential developments. You must provide the suite number or the gate access code at checkout. These details allow the driver to navigate multi-building properties and gain access to controlled residential entrances.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties in this township?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the winding, wooded roads and long private driveways throughout the area. We do not use boxed shipping because packages are difficult to locate on large properties with houses set back from the street. Providing a description of the house or driveway entrance helps the driver find the correct residence without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we look for a covered porch or a side door sheltered from the wind on these open suburban lots. When a specific flower is out of stock, we use a variety of equal value that matches the original color and size. Including the recipient’s phone number helps the driver resolve access issues at gated kiosks or hidden driveway entrances.
