Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and offices in Madison?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to the large corporate campuses and university buildings in Madison requires a specific building letter and suite number at checkout. For apartments located above businesses in the downtown area, provide the entry code for the street-level door. These details are necessary for the driver to bypass security gates or shared entrances.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to accommodate the borough’s blend of pedestrian-heavy business districts and sprawling suburban properties. Provide clear instructions if the home is set back from the road or has a gated driveway. This ensures the driver can find the correct door without blocking traffic on narrow residential streets.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home, the driver leaves the flowers in a covered area out of view from the street. At the corporate complexes or academic centers, the arrangement is left with the authorized mailroom or reception staff. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of equal value is used to maintain the arrangement size.
