Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and professional buildings in Gillette?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the main reception desk of professional offices and the side entrances of local funeral homes. Provide the suite number or specific building letter for businesses located within multi-tenant suburban complexes. This ensures the courier finds the correct entrance among several businesses sharing the same street address.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the front door rather than being left in a box at the curb. For residences with long, private driveways or properties set back deep from the road, provide any gate codes or specific entry instructions at checkout. This allows the courier to reach the house directly in areas where the front door is not visible from the main street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the courier will leave the arrangement on a shaded porch or with a neighbor to protect it from the open suburban landscape. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar bloom of equal value to maintain the original shape and size. Providing a recipient phone number helps the courier locate addresses on winding, wooded roads where GPS mapping is often inaccurate.
