Question 1

How do I ensure my flowers are delivered correctly to local offices or apartment buildings?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to professional suites or multi-unit buildings with electronic entry require a floor number and access code. For properties with side entrances or shared lobbies, specify the exact drop-off point at checkout. These details allow the driver to navigate the building's specific security protocol.

Question 2

How will my order be delivered to residential areas in this city?

Accepted Answer

Hand delivery is used for all orders to navigate the long driveways and deep residential setbacks common across the city. Drivers place the arrangement at the main door of single-family homes or with the front desk of multi-story buildings. Providing a gate code for private estates ensures the driver can reach the front entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or if a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, flowers are left at the sheltered front entrance of the residence or with a building attendant for secured units. We substitute unavailable flowers with blooms of equal size and value to ensure the arrangement's proportions remain intact. Including the recipient’s mobile number allows the driver to confirm access if a property gate or building door is locked.
