Question 1

How do you ensure successful delivery to homes and businesses in Plumsted?

Accepted Answer

Many properties in this township are situated on large rural lots with houses set far back from the main road. Please provide specific instructions for long driveways or descriptions of gate entrances at checkout. This information helps the driver locate the correct residence when house numbers are not clearly visible from the street.

Question 2

How are flowers transported and delivered across this township?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the low-density residential layout and the distance between properties. Please include details about perimeter fences or if there is livestock on the property that might restrict access to the front door. These facts help the driver navigate agricultural land and wooded estates to complete the delivery without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we look for a secure spot near the entrance or contact you, as the distance between neighbors in this rural area can make leaving items next door difficult. For deliveries near the military installation boundary, a recipient phone number is necessary to coordinate with security gate protocols. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that maintains the same style.
