Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different locations in Corning?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to residential homes on steep hillsides and to the front desks of local medical clinics or funeral homes. At checkout, you must provide the specific department name or building entry point for any professional facility. These details are required because many properties in this area have detached units or shared access points that are not visible from the main road.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered within the city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to navigate the narrow, winding streets and sloped driveways common throughout the area. We do not use boxed shipping because packages left on open porches are vulnerable to the elements on these elevated residential lots. Providing a brief description of a driveway marker or house color helps the driver identify the correct hilltop or roadside property.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the delivery or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we place the flowers in a sheltered area on the porch to protect them from the wind common to these ridge-top streets. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value that matches the original design. Including a recipient's phone number helps us coordinate a safe drop-off for homes set far back from the road.
