Question 1

How does delivery work for homes and small offices in New Straitsville?

Accepted Answer

Many properties in this village are built on steep hillsides with entrances at different elevations from the road. Provide the exact house number and specify if the delivery belongs at a street-level door or a porch reached by stairs. This helps the driver locate the correct entrance on these sloped residential lots.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered given the village’s layout?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the narrow, winding streets and limited street-side parking. Since many homes have gravel pull-offs or shared driveways, include details about which side of the house the primary door is located. This prevents the delivery person from blocking traffic on tight secondary roads while searching for the entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, the arrangement is left on the porch because most village properties have open access rather than secured gates. If a specific flower is unavailable, a similar stem of equal value is substituted to ensure the delivery occurs on the scheduled day. Providing a recipient phone number is helpful for houses set back significantly from the main road.
