Question 1

How do you coordinate deliveries to public buildings and residential properties in Laurelville?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the local funeral home or medical offices require the recipient's full name and the specific room or service area. Because many homes are located on rural routes, the exact house number must be provided at checkout. Mentioning the color of the house helps the driver identify the correct property when houses are spaced far apart.

Question 2

How are the flowers transported and delivered to the recipient?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered directly to the door rather than sent in a cardboard box. The village layout and residential driveways allow for direct access to the front entrance of a home. For properties with private gates or long gravel entries, providing the access code or specific instructions ensures the driver can reach the porch.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will look for a sheltered area on the porch to leave the arrangement. If a specific flower is unavailable, a similar variety is used to maintain the same look and size of the bouquet. Sharing the recipient’s phone number helps the driver navigate properties that are set back from the main road.
