Question 1

How does delivery work for homes and rental properties in Rockbridge?

Accepted Answer

This area consists of rural residences and vacation cabins set deep within wooded lots along winding state routes. Provide the specific cabin name or unit number at checkout so the driver can locate the correct entrance. Accurate property details are necessary because many homes are not visible from the main road.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to remote or rural addresses?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to navigate the long gravel driveways and steep terrain common in this area. This method ensures the flowers arrive at the front door rather than being left at a distant roadside mailbox. Mention if the property has a gated entrance or specific access instructions for the driver.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not at the property when the driver arrives?

Accepted Answer

The driver looks for a sheltered spot near the door of the cabin or home to leave the arrangement. If specific flowers are out of stock, we replace them with similar varieties that match the size and shape of the order. Including a contact number for the rental manager or resident helps prevent delivery failures at properties with restricted gate access.
