Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large office campuses and secured buildings in Parsippany?

Accepted Answer

Parsippany features many multi-story office campuses and secured apartment complexes that require specific access information. You must enter the company name, suite number, and floor during checkout so the driver can navigate security checkpoints. This detail is necessary to ensure the flowers reach the correct desk or lobby in high-density corporate environments.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for the different types of property layouts in this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the spread-out layout of corporate parks and residential streets. Provide a recipient phone number to help the driver locate specific entrances in large multi-building complexes. This direct contact is vital for gaining access to secured professional properties where front-desk check-in is required.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or there is an issue with the order?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available at an office or secured residence, the driver will leave the flowers with the building's front desk or mailroom. If a specific bloom is unavailable, it is replaced with a flower of equal value that preserves the original color and style. Accurate suite and gate information is the best way to prevent delivery failures at large-scale corporate campuses.
