Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to residential lakefront properties and office complexes in Mountain Lakes?

Accepted Answer

Mountain Lakes includes a mix of winding residential roads and professional office complexes situated along the highway corridor. For home deliveries, provide the house number and any gate codes for private or long driveways. For office suites, include the floor number and department name to assist with navigation through secure lobby entrances.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes that are set back from the road?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the town’s wooded terrain and residential layout. This method ensures the arrangement is placed directly at the front door rather than left at a roadside mailbox. Including details about specific porch locations or side door access helps the driver locate the correct entry point on properties with heavy tree cover.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we seek a sheltered area near the entrance to protect the arrangement from the lake breeze. When a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a blossom of equal shape and value. Providing the recipient's phone number is the most effective way to coordinate access for properties with restricted driveway entries.
