Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large professional office complexes and medical suites in Montrose Ghent?

Accepted Answer

This area contains many multi-story professional buildings and outpatient medical suites. Provide the specific floor and suite number at checkout so the courier can reach the correct office. This prevents the order from being left in a general building lobby where the recipient might not see it.

Question 2

Will my flowers be left in a box or delivered by hand to the door?

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery for all orders across the commercial retail corridor and surrounding residential streets. Our couriers walk the flowers directly to the front desk of office complexes or the front door of a house. Specifying whether the address is a business or a private residence helps us navigate the large parking lots and long driveways found here.

Question 3

What happens if the courier cannot access a secured building or a gated property?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to senior living buildings and secured professional offices, we leave the order with the on-site concierge if the recipient is unavailable. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a replacement of equal value and style. Including a gate code or building access instructions for multi-tenant properties ensures the courier can complete the delivery.
