Question 1

How does delivery work for the different types of buildings in Peninsula?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the historic homes and small businesses in this valley require specific entrance details because many properties are hidden from the main road by heavy tree cover. You must enter the exact suite or building side at checkout to help our drivers find the correct door. These details are necessary because house numbers are often difficult to see from the winding park roads.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to the recipient?

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery for every order to manage the steep hills and narrow gravel drives found throughout this community. We do not ship flowers in boxes because many residences are located far away from their street-side mailbox clusters. Providing information about long private drives or shared access points helps our drivers reach the porch without delay.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the recipient or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we look for a sheltered spot on the porch to keep the arrangement away from the wind and foot traffic near the public trail systems. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar bloom that maintains the original size and color. Sharing a recipient’s phone number helps us resolve access issues if a driveway is blocked or difficult to locate.
