Question 1

How do you manage deliveries to professional offices and senior living communities in Munroe Falls?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the front desk of professional plazas or the main reception of senior living centers. You must provide the specific suite number and department name at checkout. These details identify the correct entrance within these multi-unit residential and professional layouts.

Question 2

Are the flowers hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

A driver hand-delivers every arrangement to the recipient’s front door. Because the city consists of residential streets with private driveways and deep setbacks, the driver needs unobstructed access to the porch. Provide gate codes for any secured residential entries to prevent the driver from being stopped at the property line.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is missing?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver leaves the arrangement in a secure spot by the door. When a specific flower is out of stock, we use a replacement of equal value to maintain the design. Including the recipient's phone number helps the driver locate the door on properties where the house is not visible from the road.
