Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and gated residences in Bath?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to medical campuses and office clusters require a suite number and the specific name of the practice at checkout. For residential estates with long driveways or gated entrances, provide the gate code and any specific entry instructions. These details ensure the driver reaches the front door rather than leaving the item at a perimeter gate.

Question 2

How are flowers transported and delivered in this township?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to navigate the spread-out residential layout and private drives characteristic of the area. Drivers bring the flowers directly to the entrance of the home or office suite. Providing instructions for side doors or porch access helps when the main entrance is set back significantly from the road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver identifies a secure area on the property sheltered from road view. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value that preserves the original design. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver manage access for properties where the house is not visible from the street.
