Question 1

How will my flowers be delivered to local offices or residential areas?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to low-rise professional buildings or medical clinics, please provide the specific suite number and department name at checkout. At residential properties where homes sit far back from the road, include any gate codes or porch instructions. This ensures we locate the correct entrance within large suburban property footprints.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for homes and businesses in this city?

Accepted Answer

We hand-deliver all arrangements to accommodate the wide property layouts and varied porch designs throughout the area. This approach prevents items from being left on long, exposed driveways or at shared business entrances. Specify if we should use a side door or secondary entrance for the delivery.

Question 3

How are delivery issues or flower substitutions handled?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a sheltered spot on the property. When a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a variety of equal value that matches the original color and shape. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps us resolve access issues at long private drives or secured residential entries.
